After over 17 years as a real estate agent, I can confidently say that getting to know people while discovering their motivation and expectations and working with them to achieve their goals, will always be my priority as well as my greatest joy in the business.

 

Drawing on my experience of running an award-winning creative advertising agency, I’m in touch with not only the importance of top-shelf marketing but also the tough negotiations necessary to get the best price for both my buyers and sellers. I have also worked as a consultant to a luxury custom home builder/developer providing extensive market research and analysis to determine the viability of future projects.

 

The DC metro area has been my home for over 40 years and it’s where I raised my children Emily and Jonathan. In 2007 Emily and I joined forces to become a well-recognized real estate team that has worked with an array of clients and represented some of the most dramatic properties in the area. We have been listed by Washingtonian Magazine as one of the top 99 Real Estate Agents in the Washington DC Metro Area as well as top producers for Bethesda Magazine and within the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
